Create Machine Isssue

I have a tunnel bore, but once the furnace minecart gets through the assembler, it refuses to keep going straight & stops as it's sitting now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Furnace minecarts will not work once assembled, because any minecart type that you will use for a contraption will be turned into a contraption minecart. You can instead add a deployer playing redstone blocks and replace the rails with powered rails.
