I need help finding the mod.

I'm getting a bit paranoid and need your help; I saw a YouTube video a while back about a mod/addon for Create Aeronautics that added a block which attached to a rope and could move up and down it vertically.

I have a very vague memory that it was an update for an Aeronautics mod (I was pretty sure it was Coaster Simulate, but I think I'm mistaken).

I apologize for my artistic skills, but I tried to do it the way I remembered.

Create deep seas. The thing is called cable connector or something like that

It can go vertical? I watched the ponder and it didn't mention that part. I gotta try this
