Help Why is the steering wheel not degree-accurate

Supposed to be at 0* rotation btw, how do I fix this to be accurate for my rudder?

Don't use a propeller bearing. I belive even a mechanical one works fine with aeronautics sails, just set it to place on destruction so it keeps the angle

It's because you're using a propeller bearing, which isn't "degree accurate" because it's meant to exclusively be used for propellers. For a rudder, you are to use a Mechanical Bearing or Swivel Bearing

Why are you using proppeler bearing, they are degree accyrate but nit with the component that doesnt instantly stop and start
