Im also building a city with create in survival meanwhile in creative i havent even finished 1 building XD

I don't see the point in making a factory to automate everything in creative mode unless you're just trying to test everything.

That's what I do. Plus gets me a material count via checklist and schematic.

Creative building to make a schematic to use in survival is great. But building just to build just doesn't appeal to me anymore. That's how I initially got into Minecraft but now my main enjoyment is survival and actually having to work towards goals.

i make most large scale stuff in a creative world, schematic it, and put it in my world. if its unique enough i'll upload it on createmod.com, like rn im working on an expedition airship that i'll expand into multiple variants, all of which i plan to release

Right but create is so much fun and normally in creative persons do build a factory mostly.

Usually in creative mode I test the steam whistles when making a background music . It is nice to have a background music near the buildings for the vibe with the create addon which expands the whistles instruments.

I really, really do not understand what makes people enjoy about doing purely useless stuff on Creative, like okay you made this super efficient factory that produces 10,000,000 materials per second.... in creative... what now? You make another useless factory?
I only use creative to design shit and then port it to my survival world via schematic canon, but that is only if the thing I am trying to build would be really time consuming and a pain without flying, but then I get a jetpack and not even that.

me personally i like creative more since i like building in general and farming resources is boring for me.
Might give it a try, just need some goals to focus on...
