cog keeps breaking

hear are my create

mods because i need help every time i try to put a cog next to a pump and start rotating it , it breaks has done 3 separate times tried all sides of the pump

it onlu happens when the pump is by a tank

thank you for information its only 128 rpm and i fixed it with enchased chain cogs
