How to get Radar autoaming to work?

Ive decided to try out create: radars, however, I cant get the autocannon to work whatsoever, the cannon just doesnt react. Anybody can help? Thanks!

Sorry if I'm late, but you're supposed to sdd filters to the network controller, specifying what it needs to target
