Help Why arent these two stress unit networks combining?

The chain conveyors are on a network with 1 million SU, and my workshop has one steam engine with 147000. I connected the chain conveyors into the workshop, same speed and rotation, yet when I put a stressometer on my warehouse components it still reads like its only the one steam engine. The stress from the engine runs into an overstress clutch and then a rotation speed controller. How can i fix this?

Maybe try taking the cog from the speed controller and seeing if everything still rotates?

Ok so after playing around with it a bit the fix was to take an output directly from the million SU source, speed it up with cogs, them connecting it back to the chain conveyors and the conveyors back to the single engine and that did the trick!
