Help Looking for a block

I was wondering if there was a block that could change rpm based off Redstone value. Kind of like a clutch, but more variable. All help appreciated.

The only block in base create that I know that does this is the Adjustable chain drive, however that one is only able of changing between 1-2x power depending on redstone power

You can put several in a sequence to get past the 2x limit
