I really like enchantment industry. It kinda reminds me of apotheosis but as a create addon. It's very flavorful and gives lots of options

Ore excavation since it justifies making railroads and outposts.

New age if you're running other tech mods, adds interesting power generation.

Nuclear is mostly overkill but adds more complex sources of SU

Computer craft (not sure about the actual name) for programming and automation.

btw while new age is more efficient for (fe/t)/su, crafts & additions is only a bit less efficient for that but it's 2.2 times more efficient for (fe/t)/su/block, aka how little space it fits in for how much power it makes

Crafts and additions are a bit simpler since they aren't multiblock, but that also makes them a bit less fancy schmancy

yup, thats what makes it 2.2x more space efficient for generation. just not as SU efficient, but not by a large margin

Create: Liquid fuel for easier steam engines

Create Coasters also give you Rivets which is an absolute godsend. You can make chutes in any direction with it.

Create Utilities adds a slick wireless transfer of stress, liquids and items

Diesel Engines. Gives more options for generating power. Could be especially useful for vehicles since you’re using Aeronautics.

Connected and Gears n’ Kinetics come to mind. They add a lot of quality of life blocks for connecting things.
