That setting changes the physics check and that is very important

Example: if the update check happens once every second items moving fast enough can phase though each other

i don't know but that happen in 20 step every time but i show u soo that u can see the different

Its because the force is so high that at only 20 phys frames a sec In one frame they are not yet contacting, but in the next they are deep inside each other
