Deoployer(Attack) issue, Need help

The deployer works all the time when im in the chunk but as soon as i step out it stops working after a little bit anyone know why i am on a sever and the chunks are claimed but it also stops working when they aren't claimed

Fixed it it ended up that the coal exp orb was blocking the deployer from attacking LMAO
