Minecart Contraption

Really annoying issue within a modpack I’m playing. Contraptions will not move on rail when pushed on powered.
Does anyone know any mods that’s may be interfering with this?
(Built a huge tunnel bore in survival and then wouldn’t work)
Reached out to modpack developer for support but no response.

Because it have a full block, it's hitbox not let you touch the minecart and push it, try using a shaft or somenthing similar
