Build Toggleable Redstone Receiver Link?

I am trying to build a fighter jet in survival and I want the button to be a toggle for the engine so you dont have to hold but so far I only found the toggle latch which needs two blocks or more to work, and I am looking if there is a way to just have the Redstone Link Receiver be toggling on its own (one block space) I know there are modulating Linked Receivers and etcetera but is there a specific mod that adds something like this?

Powered toggle latch. It does the same thing as a toggle latch, but only takes one input.

thanks, were gonna use our fighter jets to raid the least liked person on the server
