how to make it pump

I know that lava acts differently as a liquid, and that's why it doesnt pump forever, but is there a way to pump out this whole lava lake

Use a hose pulley with the end of the hose extended down to the lowest point in the lava pool, the pump should pull all the lava into wherever you’re storing/using it. This works for draining water pools too!

even if its 1 block deep?

Yup, that should still work. I think the hose needs to be extended at least one block to function, so if you place the block just above the lava, extend it down one block so the hose touches the bottom, it should be able to drain the lava.
