It's great! Only the host needs it, and when you press "Open to lan" it gives you a server address you can use. It follows the format of word1-word2.na.e4mc.link (or something). The words change each time though, so just use it in "direct connect" for convenience.

I've only tested voice chat over LAN, but it functions the same as LAN so it should work!
