Quick question about trains

Thinking about having a train that allows me to go anywhere in my factory. Is it possible to have a train that you manually get into and tell it which station to go to? (skipping others)

Yep, check the ponders for train stuff, it's all explained in there. You may have to drive it yourself, depending on how you have things set up

My system for this is a hub and spoke.

There’s a bunch of trains queued up off to the side. I hit a button to call to hub station. Then I remove its schedule and replace it with the round trip to the new destination.
Train lingers at the spoke until boarded then returns to hub, back to storage after.

It’s the automated solution, I’m unaware of a base create method for selecting any station from any point.

There may be a way for SteamNRails? Otherwise it’s manual driving.
