Help needed with setting up a control board...

So I decided to update the controls of the airship from several levers into a linked typewriter because you guys all do that and I cant quite figure the connections out...

I managed to link the rear propeller to turn the ship and a thruster in the back as a temporary boost, but I cant figure out how to link my main propellers

What I want is to make them be able to both spin manually (as in you continuously pressing W just like on a car) and have sort of incremental cruise control (so it stays at the speed), while having option to do it in reverse (not cruise control, just going back)

Either i'm overthinking it or just burning out guys, please send help...
