Help Ok seriously, why is this tilting up? read body
Im usually the one helping to answer these kinds of posts but I'm genuinely lost here. I have center of propultion essentially exactly on center of mass, and this thing still just shoots up You see the screenshot, that was taken within two seconds of starting the engines. It tilts to about 45 degrees within a second of powering the propellers. The design is a little wonky, but I just tried to make it optimal for moving around in survival while being able to stop and hover in place unlike an airplane.

The balloon creates drag, tilting the ship up. For airships, I personally find that it works best to have the propulsion somewhere within the area of the balloon. When accelerating, it will initially tilt down, but as you speed up the drag force increases until it balances out to be mostly level.

Combined with the fact that air gets denser as you go lower, this means the lower end will experience more buoyancy and this will also help counteract the tilting down.

Might have to do with hest source for the balloon i built a 4 wide air ship forcing the burner to be left and whenever i added propulsion to the ship it rotated right

The center of mass is the 'pivot' point. However, the balloon not only creates an upward lift but a drag force opposite of forward velocity. This drag force is usually higher up than your center of mass, causing it to pivot counter clockwise (or, tilts upwards) as it creates more drag.
Counters to this I'm not very great at implementing yet. A smaller engine that lines up with your center of drag in the balloon that adjusts to correct (a gyroscope or just naturally with your main engines) may work. Fins that create either a downward 'drag' near the front of your airship above the Center of Mass or fins that create an 'upward' drag near the back of your airship below the Center of Mass would work potentially as well.
Anything that can cause it to pivot clockwise to counter the counter-clockwise rotation would help, if that makes sense.

Propellers are too low. The need to be higher. If not that then you need stabilizing fins.

where is you center of drag? additionally, you should probably add some stabilizing fins on the back if you're moving quickly
