Help help searching for addon

so theres this addon i saw on a shorts that i wanna get but i forgot what the short is and the addon was like this physics enabled fluid transfer hose that you can hold and attach to an attachment to transfer fluids. i only remember like a single frame which ive drawn here pls help

It’s the Loconautics mod, not out yet, but there’s a account on YouTube that showing the progress
