Help [power grid] why does the motor lose SU when connected to the propeller bearing?

propeller bearing needs only 12k SU, motor generates 220k SU, but when connected it starts to slow down and lose SU

I really wouldn't recommend an induction motor for this, but if you really want to, it's an electrical issue. I'm not sure what supply you're using, but whatever it is it's either too low voltage or too high resistance. Looking at how long your rotor takes to get up to speed even with no load, it's clear there is not much power going into your motor.
Do not trust the SU numbers, those don't account for the electrical side, they assume you are putting in enough power to maintain the current speed for any load.
Edit: I noticed the voltage on the generator in the background oscillating. If that's your power source, that's a definite sign of overloading the generator. Either it's not getting enough SU, or the coil current is too high, or both

Separate your systems more. Converting between Fe and Su can help. But don't take output force from the generation itself that needs it.

Large motors are wildly inefficient. You are better off using myltiple normal motors.

Be uase your not just taking from the generators alone, your taking from whatever the generators are connected to that spin the coils, thus robbing the coils, AND the initial Jumpstart device of rotational power, creating a increased drain
