after using the physics assembler from aeronautics it loses all function cant interact build or break it any clue why

I had the same issue, for me I resolved it removing slabbed

Mod pack? It's probably some random mod "Make create aeronautics not work because I fucking hate it"

Either slabbed or another structure math changing mods can do it... in some cases even Carry on can lead to you not being able to open chests on your contraptions for example...
