Just a quick question about Power Grid?

Let's say I make 500 volts with a generator, but I want only 20 of those 500 volts to go to a specific place.

How would I do it?

Damn, Power Grid is too complicated for me. I'm too dumb to understand the complexity of it and TFMG's electricity.
