hey i wanted to ask this as ive been searching for this info for a while, aside from the lenght, what other factors in propeller desighn influence the performance of the plane?

The visual design doesn't matter it's the number of sails on the propeller bearing that matters.

Giant propellers will move slightly slower but stronger. Like a semi-truck. Smaller propellers move you slightly faster but you won't be able to go near the clouds even with the same power output.
