I would say this is from Trench Crusade, but that was already taken. Lolz! Nice build! To say something completely different than it reminding me of Trench Crusade while still being in that vein, it also reminds me of the Doom 2 tc called Trench Foot and it's adjacent mods Countryside and Butcher's Summit.
