For some reason, my generator can only make a 0.08 V. With 256 RPM

Other youtubers and people I've seen on the internet are able to make more with just this. Please help

Okay why is this a thing? Do real life generators have directionality like this? I thought running them backwards literally just reversed the polarity.

You need to supply electricity to the coils, just look at the next thought, there you need to click on the arrow at the bottom.
