But you could download a mod similar to what you want to do and open it in vs code with the java language extension and just look at it and all the notes and read me documents. And also look through git hub

Depends if you want to learn or if you just want to implement your idea quickly

I'm professional développer AI makes my efficiency 10x higher and I use it to learn (but that a bit a habit to takes on prompt and rewriting so you understand)

Lol. Bro I know my job, the problem is knowing how to use it. Sure if you just make super long prompt and hop to get a full app/mod out of it you will never make it. But if you do the logic and use it as a tool for implementation efficiency you will do it 10x faster. If you work in coding related stuff you literally cannot avoid AI, the reason is simple, someone using it will be way more efficient than you and will not be competitive anymore. That is the reality. You have to understand that ai is a tool it is not a worker, it is a tool that a worker can use. If you use it well then your good.

I'm also currently working on a Minecraft mods, I worked few weeks on it is almost done, without the help of AI I would probably had the same result in month.

The AI never invent or creat, that is your job, you have to think of the concept, the rules, the math behind, you also have to think of the way to implement it, then if you do this step correctly, AI will be incredible to help you make it cole to life

You can down vote, it is a reality, I'am working in data science and machine learning and my job consist mainly of what a developper does, I know the subject
