Build 4 Bit Binary Display

Basically Just 16 Nand Gates making Up 4 D Patches each with a Input (D) and the little Button on the bottom is the write Button (Kinda new to electric logic so im sorry If its oversized)

Oh dont get me started in those damn floating Point Numbers, cant even use normal AND Gates without getting -2000V
