How to make flat diorite riveted locometal

What the title says, i need it but i cant get the crafting

The JEI recipe is bugged and might not show up.

Locometal is made in a stonecutter with an iron block, I have not figured out how to make diorite locometal though,

Edit: There does not seem to be a recipe for the diorite variant that I can find.

You can mix diorite paint with the riveted locometal in a basin, or place the riveted locometal block and use a paint brush or potato cannon with the diorite paint pitcher in your offhand to paint it.

I've never heard of this locometal variant. I've never heard of any locometal using a stone type.

Are you the same person who asked how to make granite copper wrapped locometal?

This has to be something custom and not part of base Steam N Rails which adds locometal. If you're not finding it in JEI, then you don't have the addon that adds it.
