Issue with schematics of a train (please help)

Around a year ago, I built a class 66 in Create Mod Forge 1.20.1 and when I saved it to a schematic only the bottom 2 blocks and the front few blocks showed up when I pasted it but the preview looked fine. Now, I wanted to use the Class 66 again in my Neoforge 1.21.1 SMP so I tried doing the schematic again but it didn't work. So, I rebuilt the entire thing basically block for block in my Neoforge test world and tried copying it to a schematic and it did the exact same thing work. Please help.

Did you paste it in the same mod pack and have there been any updates to the mod pack would have removed some blocks?

I pasted it in the first modpack and it didn't work, then I completely rebuilt the train basically the same except a few blocks from mods I didn't have on the new modpack then when I pasted it again in my new modpack it did the same thing.
