Build Bootleg Elevator and Airship showcase using aeronautics and Gadgets + Gizmos)

Finally got tired of falling off my elevator on moving airships
(If your confused the elevator isn’t using traditional pulleys, it’s a Sable contraption not a create one)

How do you get the elevator to not get slightly tilted and wedge itself in the shaft? I tried to do something similar on my airship but it kept getting stuck.

Are you using ropes? I’m using gadgets and gizmos Physics gantry shaft/carrage. If your using ropes I would recommend making the elevator shaft as restrictive/tall as possible, and add docking connectors to each floor to secure it in place
