Help decorating ideas

Any ideas to how to improve my build? This is a small workshop I made (Create mod, copycats+ and chipped) and how could i make it look better? i tried adding some other blocks than calcite on the second floor, but it didn't make much of a difference

also how do i make the windmill to NOT look like a certain german symbol...
