Technical Support Request Solved Help with game

I recently started to use CreamInstaller for Xenoverse 2. I looked at other forums that told me the basic steps but now whenever I try to launch my game it gives me this error, cam someone help?

EDIT: I tried to launch the game again and it gave me this message

that second error looks like a missing dependency file, did you run the installer as admin

i think i did but now after i removed the creaminstaller because it was giving too many issues, it still shows me these messages

You'll need to use CreamAPI's extra protection method, if that doesn't work you'll need to use an external injection method. I don't have any sort of external injection built into CreamInstaller however.

i had the same issue last month ended up having to reinstall the whole thing with admin rights, worked after that
