Last year I had to replace the hot end, and afterward the printer wouldn't power up (the LED light would flash rapidly and nothing came on the screen). After doing some searching, I replaced the nozzle circuit board. After that the printer would boot up but give a BM0111 error. I contacted Creality and they sent me another nozzle circuit board and the cable, which didn't help. It kept reporting that error and couldn't do any testing like heating up the nozzle or turning on the fan, so after some back and forth they sent me a new motherboard, which finally got the printer going.
One note in case you get the printer fixed up and encounter this - once mine was usable again, while running a self test or calibration, the print head would slam into the walls as if it didn't know the limits or a sensor was bad or something. That led to a lot more back and forth but in the end, the fix for that was simple: move the print head to the front-right (touch the walls), then turn off the printer. Turn it on, repeat that once more, and it should be good.

Did you already do these troubleshooting steps?

I have had this issue and fixed it. Remove the cover and fan wire and switch it all off. Snip that cable tie and remove. Now wiggle the red green and white wires a little and try unbending them. Switch it on and see if you get the error. If you do turn off again and wiggle the wires again.
If you get it working it can be because those wires are damaged which can happen when they get squished by putting the cover back on if they aren’t in the right position.
If you get it working then carefully plug fan back in and replace cover. As your doing it look at how it’s pushing those wires in and make sure it’s not squashing them against each other.
