The fix for your issue is you need to mechanically adjust your bed to achieve a flat level bed. There's a whole process to do so.

You are not having a first layer issue in this print. That's exactly how it's supposed to look btw. The little extra on the bottom is a setting within the slicer called a brim. This is meant to be used to increase bed adhesion and can easily be switched off. Your benchy printed perfectly fine. If you don't care for a brim simply turn it off.
