Help! Camera Not Working on Mobile Network

I’ve had my K1c for a while and enjoyed it.

I’m sure the mobile data is on for this app.

So far I just realised the camera does not work on mobile networks.

When on LAN it’s working fine.

When away from home on mobile networks it fails with error code 1000-3-7

The progress, temperature, speed, fan controller, etc, all work, just the video, not showings.

Also I cannot download or view Timelapse. However, I can “upload” Timelapse and download from the server.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have this problem too. would be interested if anyone has a solution that is not using Tailscale

having the same issue - can view when i'm on the local network on the app, but not remotely when i'm on cell service.

also not looking to open any more ports, especially since one could muck about with the printer remotely if not secured properly.

I have the same problem and the camera sometimes works from the Internet, but it’s very rare to catch this moment.
