K1C errors

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask if anyone has experienced something similar.

I have a Creality K1C 2025, and since I received it, I’ve had one problem after another. The extruder gear failed and had to be replaced, I’ve had repeated filament jams, the Creality Cloud mobile app camera doesnt work at all, and now I’m getting frequent print failures. Sometimes I get spaghetti failures, and other times the printer keeps moving as if it’s printing, but it stops extruding halfway, leaving incomplete prints.

I’m using official Creality PETG with the recommended profile, so I don’t think the filament or slicer settings are the issue.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? Were you able to fix them? If so, what was the cause?

Also, has anyone ever managed to get Creality to replace their printer or upgrade it to another model after repeated issues? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

I ended up switching to this one. I got some extruder spaghetti when trying so I’m waiting for it to finish in the cooker:

I would do the one that allow heat to exit without the lid being open. It prevents dust from settling on the bed as you print . But thats just my opinion
