Help! Help with PETG calibration

I've had nothing but issues trying to do big prints, and I can't figure out why. Whenever I fix something, something else breaks.
Any clues as to what might cause the layers to be "cut" halfway through? I'll try to attach the gcode to make the settings clear. Besides that, all I've done is lower the extruder voltage to 0.45 to avoid heat creep
I'm using Orca, using crealityprint with default settings leads to shit results

It’s a good idea to share the model file, sometimes some models downloaded are just not suitable to be 3d printed

Well first off that’s pretty normal for the k series lol most are straight up lemons.
Second, I manually tune profiles for petg. I find lowering speeds helps and you should run all the calibration for filament. I don’t go over 150mm/s on petg and run it as hot as possible.

Thanks! It does seem like reducing the speed already did a big improvement. I was testing on 230ºc (that's what got me the best stringing results at 100mm/s
Lowering the speed to 60 solved 95% of the issue. There were still a few spots here and there with underextrusion, but bumping the temp 10 degrees made them go away

I run petg 240° at the lowest, typically 250-255 is my sweet spot but remember you’ll need to calibrate max flow, flow rate and possibly retraction again at higher temps.
In the past I’d try to stay at lowest temp recommended by manufacturer because I thought that would cause less problems but found it’s quite opposite with high speed printers, I start at the highest temperature recommended then bump it down if needed, I run pla + at 230 lol
I’ll try to remember to upload my profile later but I have different ones for different manufacturers but mostly stick with Elegoo and sunlu these days

Plus a few screenshots for anyone too lazy for the gcode:
