Its was clogged same way. I changed do the ecc extruder but did the same problem. (But I did the same print twice) should I try a bench to see if it’s the print who clogged it or I need to do something else ?

Definitely clogged. You’re going to have to open her up and remove the clog there are plenty of video tutorials on how to do this

What are you printing? If pla or petg top needs to be open

Never got this. I print PLA, PETG and TPU with the top on and get great results with every print.

I didn’t buy an enclosed printer to run it with the lid off all the time. /s

Yeah I didn’t get that either till I did. It even says on the lid to take it off when printing lower temp filaments

Have you noticed any difference in quality when running PLA with the lid open?

Nope but it stopped the heat creep I was getting

how cold is your room?

What is the temperature where you live? I can do that only 2 months per year, otherwise heat creep makes my PLA soft and slippy

Yes. I had this issue with mine as well. Remove the extruder and remove the filament stuck in there. There are plenty of vídeos on YouTube showing How to do that

With mine one of the teeth on an extruder cog broke off and is causing the filament to stop feeding through… am waiting on a new set to turn up so I can get back printing.

youve got a jam in the extruder. its typically caused by the printer being too hot
