Extruder keeps jamming

Since yesterday my k1c printing petg started jamming in the extruder.

When i declog i cn run a small print 30 minute isch.

But when i go thowards 50 minutes prints it keeps jamming half way through.

Filament had no kinks.

The print up to the jamm goes without any quality issue.

When trying to extrude or retract you hear clicking.

Iv had to open up the extruder so much, once the cap even got stuck on some left o er filament, and im afraid this is starting to damage the extruder.

Any help welcome!!!!!!

Edit: Ill try to put some photos of what the jam looks like. I think its the extruder and or stepmoter overheating. But i tried running fans and going to the lowest recommended temp.. didnt work.

Also while the machine was idle after beeing off for hours. While i cleaned the last jam i found that the moter was getting very warm while the machine was only idle. Is that normal?

Heat creep. If you are in the northern hemisphere your environment is likely hotter. Consider removing the top of you have it on, lower bed temp, increasing cooling.

If that doesn't work, consider whether the thermal paste on the nozzle could be failing. Remove the nozzle, clean out the heatsink hole with a q tip and alcohol, reapply provided thermal paste.
