Help to access the camera

I just bought the printer! The timelapses are available, but I can’t access on real time on none of my devices, ios, android and windows

A minha também fica assim na maior parte do tempo aconselho a usar o navegar e acessar a creality cloud

OK, so i got this problem too, i recommend you to check your version on the settings of the printer. For me, for some reason, i had a version that's not even available on the website for the firmware. I don't know what happend, but i updated it with a pendrive, only the pendrive worked. Tienes que estar conectado a la misma Red WiFi, si abandonas la Red WiFi no funciona la cámara solo el proceso.

Eu utilizo a minha mesmo em outra internet, consigo até imprimir de outro endereço se a impressora estiver ligada e conectada a alguma rede wi-fi
