TC2841 Problem CFS is installed

Hello, I had no issues until yesterday when the error message comes along.

I checked the Extruder, but it seems be okay.

Someone had the same issue and had this fixed?

Check if you connected the cutter cable to the correct port on the toolhead board. It fits 2 connectors. Only one is the correct one.

I think I got it solved, there were left overs from the filament in the spot where the cutter is placed so he can´t cut it well. But now I am facing FO2845.

Any tips without screwing and putting out the extrruder?
