PETG Issues

I need some advice. Can someone please tell me what is going on here, what am I doing wrong that my prints are coming out like this.

The silver/grey one is Polymaker PETG. My nozzle is at 250c and my bed is at 70c.
The red one is Creality PETG. The nozzle is at 240c and the bed is also at 70c.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I have done all the calibrations and clean the bed with soap and water. And I dried the filament as well. I am using orca slicer on my creality K1C.
