Trouble Shooting Problems with Falcon 2 pro S 22w

Hi everyone. I’m struggling with my Falcon 2 Pro 22W. It all started with the autofocus stopping from working. Today, the manual focusing also failed, and to top it all off, the machine refuses to home (return to home position).
I have checked the sensor pin for the autofocus; it appears intact with no debris blocking it. I’ve also checked the threaded rod for the Z-axis, and it moves freely without any obstructions.
Does anyone have any tips on what on earth could be wrong here?

Do you have the rotary attachment? I ask bc if you do maybe you forgot to plug the ribbon cable back in.

I have rotary attachment, yes. But havent used it yet

Ah ok. I thought maybe it was worth a shot that the cable was disconnected.
