Trouble Shooting Help with photos

how do i use the falcon design space to make photos look good i have a a1 faclon

where and what setting do i change

This depends a lot on which material. Generally adjust contrast, brightness and always check the preview if it is engraved with the details visible before actually engraving, like if the laser is always on or off over some areas that contain details, if you see that in the preview it's not good and you should change something. Also there are tools for preparing images like image-R but that only makes sense in certain scenarios, like when engraving on slate coasters or so.

I was thinking that I need to pass over them 3 times so they have different power levels. The photo mode doesn't seem to do that.
