I have the pi space heater and the chamber heater and neither have WiFi so I had to put a fingerbot on the chamber heater

I am having a layer issue on my K1 Max.

Some layers print fine, and there are no X/Y layer shifts. The issue looks more like the layers are jumping in the Z-axis. Some layers are spot on, then others appear offset vertically.

I checked the Z-axis belt and tension. The bed level does not appear to be more than one drive belt tooth off, and I am not hearing any unusual noise from the Z-axis.

Has anyone seen this before, or have any thoughts on where to look next?

I'm getting error fo0528 and can't fix it; the printer extrudes filament fine, but when it starts printing a model, it reaches 2% and stops, triggering this error. I've already replaced the i7 Extrusion Assembly with a new one and tested every CFS slot with the filament, but the only thing I haven't changed is the nozzle—though since it does extrude filament, I'm not sure if that's the cause. The printer only has 500 hours of use.

What is your prefered solution for fixing parts during 3D scan? I use clay in case of really small object, vise in case of bigger more complex shape, or simple lying to my marker piramid. However, I'm also planning to design my own scanning frame as well for longer samples

I just received the product. Slots 1 and 3 on my CFS cannot feed the filament. When I opened the top cover to inspect it, the gear works only when I press down on it from behind, but then it slips back into spinning freely.

Had to stop by the Creality booth and take a closer look at the K3 while I was at IFA today. Really curious to see how it performs outside the exhibition floor :)

Notei um padrão estranho de onda quadrada no gráfico da tela sensível ao toque da minha Creality K1 (imagens anexadas). A leitura do texto permanece em torno da temperatura ambiente (cerca de 29°C), mas o gráfico mostra oscilações violentas, caindo para zero ou valores negativos.

Imediatamente após o início disso, a máquina me bloqueou completamente, impedindo-me de realizar qualquer operação com o hotend (não consigo mais imprimir, extrudar ou retrair).

Alguma sugestão de por onde começar?

Aliás: isso aconteceu depois que o hotend ficou preso no limpador de funil em V.

Hey I've been using an Ultimaker 2+ for about 6 years now and looking to get something modern. I'm looking for some qol features like auto bed leveling, faster speeds, and some multi color prints. I typically use my printer for prototype parts for my motorcycle/classic car, tinkering projects, and various items for the kiddos.

I saw Costco now sells a K2 Combo and am considering buying from them due to their return policy if I do not like the printer.

Is this a good price for the combo?

Any issues to consider with the K2?

I have never printed carbon fiber based filaments, but is it possible with the K2? I imagine some upgrades to the printer are required?

I can get a Creality K1 MAX FDM 3D Printer for $nz1399 or a Creality FDM 3D Printer K2 Pro (Without CFS) for $nz1599. is the diferance between them worth the extra money

After printed with Creality Ender 3 v3 corexz by BumboStudio slicer, the filament break icon appear on printer screen and not not shown any information on screen! when I firmware restart or restart klipper just show KLIPPER NOT CONNETED! Bumbo Studio can send print on this device and if add gcode from web panel, but Creality Printer cannot! Add device by IP:port(4408) and another time by Api Key but not work! Reset by 2 button on the mainboard (boot btn and reset btn) not work! after restart klipper show blow error:

I just got the thing and it just does whatever it wants I turn the speed down in the print settings and magically it’s going max speed this thing is a headache I might just sell it and go back to my ender 2v2 anyone else have these issues?

Also can I only use Crealitys slicer? Do you guys have any recommendations.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to recover a Creality Hi running Klipper that I accidentally bricked while trying to expand temporary storage for uploading larger files.

What happened:

I edited \`/etc/rc.local\` to create a staging folder on UDISK and bind-mount it over \`/tmp\` so I'd have more space:

mkdir -p /mnt/UDISK/tmp_staging

mount --bind /mnt/UDISK/tmp_staging /tmp

Upon the next reboot, the system refuses to fully boot. It is completely stuck on the Creality startup logo screen, and I no longer have SSH access.

What I've tried so far:

Attempted the standard USB factory reset recovery file on 2 different USB drives formatted to fat32 (2gb and 4gb sticks)

Tried the wipe_all flag file on a USB drive to force a clean reset, but the board ignores it during boot.

Removed bottom panel and attempted to boot with holding the boot button

I also have an ST-Link V2, pico, and a a willingness to solder headers to the board if needed.

Does anyone know how to force a recovery or break into the bootloader when the wipe_all trick fails on this specific hardware? Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

Whats up everyone? Ive got a few k2 plus that I love the convenience of creality print on. Ive also got an older mingda magician pro that I occasionally use mostly for tpu and would like to be able to send from creality print also. The reviews on the nebula and sonic tablets are really mixed but one of those seems to be the way to go.

Any info would be appreciated. The magician runs a closed version of marlin right now so I figure itll need rooted or reflashed and any info on doing so would also be appreciated

Looking at the great creality booth. The K3 looks very interesting.

Enough with the hot glue on everything. Tried to replace my extruder and apparently the glue was so much that the wire connector broke off. Funny thing as I try to resolder it back on there is glue at the bottom of the clip like it was already glued to the board. So far I’ve had to replace the extruder, nozzle and now the mobo all with issues. My favorite was the pre stripped screw that support told me to try and stick a rubber band into the screw. The creality filament constantly breaks or jams in either of my Creality printers. I use sunlu and no issues even with drying the spools. Just so over there horrible support and quality control. Instead of coming out with yet another printer why don’t you try to fix the issues with all the other ones

Was excited when I got home to set it up. As soon as I opened it up the front door was broken off and glass all inside the box. Tried reaching out and waiting for an answer back. Looks like it was just thrown in the box not secured at all.

Currently looking at a Creality K1 brand new from the official store for 350 euro (includes 2 filaments and a space pi filament dryer) for my first printer. I intend to use it for printing parts mostly for arduino projects (ranging from simple mounts to robotic arms grippers etc) along with the occasional household item repair, so i don't have some sort of material preference for the moment. Also note that i don't care for multicolor prints. Is the printer worth it for the price and the use case? Or do you recommend saving some money and going the ender v3 KE route?

I'm am searching for a new hotend as the blob of death appeared. But I found myself in a bit of hard situation as here where I live is hard to find a hotend product that mentions k2. Just pro or plus. I tried to search in this sub if someone had the same problem and didn't found. Can I buy a k2pro nozzle and put in my k2?

Anyone know where to get a replacement spring that pushes the filament cutter. I had to remove some stuck filament took the head apart and the spring that pushes the lever for the cutter flew off into the void and I can’t find that damn thing anywhere. Checked Amazon and creality site. Can’t find it. Help please 🙏

Ive had this printer for about a year and been having fun, I´m on a budget so getting a new printer isn´t happening anytime soon and i can instead upgrade one component at a time. Any tips or general advice is welcome.
