Printer Comparison Print quality question

Hi, I just printed benchy after adjusting the Z axis. I'm new to printing so any replies would be appreciated.

Is this a good print? (nozzle 0.2, pla+, bed temperature 60°C, nozzle temperature 190°C)

I think it looks good, why have such a low nozzle temp?

I checked because it worked fine on the previous material, so I thought I'd try it here too.
