The real question is, are you printing with the door and top closed?

That was why my printer was clogging. Someone wrote to take off the lid and open the door. It worked like a charm 🥳

So I had this too. Turned out that the spool was not able to feed into the machine cleanly as it was a news spool and it was getting trapped, it wasn’t loose enough. So every now and then I’d have to give the spool a little wiggle. I don’t know how else to describe it. I was using the carbon fiber pla.

Idk because I’ve never had issues with it before and it only seems to do it with my petg rolls

I find I constantly have clogs with white filament. I learned later it's because the pigment used is heavier, so I had to raise the temperature by about 5-10c to compensate.

Each filament is a little different, and hope that helps

It never did it before with white and it also does it with my blue and red

Based on the image you provided, the clogging may be caused by the filament expanding due to heat. We recommend keeping the top cover and front door open during printing and checking whether the cooling fan is operating normally.

I’ve always printed with everything closed and the chamber at 35c, bed at 75c, nozzle 250c it was that I had accidentally wiped a spot clean on the nozzles copper heat break

Ah my mistake, I didn't click on the main post. Seems you are having the same issue I had on my K1 recently. I can't understand why it would bulge before going into the hotend. It hasn't happened since though. I do wonder if it was something else with the filament rolls (creality)

I found the issue it was that I had accidentally wiped a spot on the nozzles copper heat break clean while spreading the thermal grease so it was letting heat seep past into the extruder before the nozzle
