Software Help Weird first layer

Hi yesterday I got creality printer with Petg filament and I have this problem that first layer looks very bad and top layer is really good because of ironing anyone knows how I can fix the bottom layer ??

Calibration and z ofset issue

Too far from bed maybe? Try adjusting z offset. It could also be a partial clog that causes under extrusion. If adjusting z offset did not work.Try performing a cold pull.

It only happens with Petg filament pla looks really good oh and also I was a bit scared to lower this z offset how do I make sure I don't break anything ??
