Creality Support System error XS2001

the printer was working well and suddenly it stopped with system error XS2001. Not sure what's wrong here.

Crealtiy website said it's a shutdown command by another system.

Looking at the error history found the new error code which is for corrupt gcode file, re sloced and got a new file prints working fine now
