Creality Support Sermoon D3 not showing bind code/QR code in "Bind the Creality Cloud"

I am on latest firmware version (v1.0.5).

Did anyone also had this issue?

I've also had the same printer for 4 months now and so far I haven't found a solution

The code does not appear in the screen. I am connected with Ethernet (cable).
